    Comfort?

    I am not sure about my hip size but I am a 34" size in shorts and pants. I am AMAB and am going through a form of HRT so my figure is not a "typical" male or female figure. The packaging says they fit sizes 14 - 20 and 140+ lbs. As for softer, I think so.

    Has anyone else noticed that Goodnights are way more comfortable on the skin than your typical Depends, Always, or store brand? or, is it just me? Is there any adult-sized equivalent (I can fit into the Goodnights Girls XL but the absorbency is not high enough)?

    When you have to run to the pharmacy and it takes forever, you miss your cathing schedule by 20 minutes and end up having an accident. At least it didn't happen until I was in the car and I had at least a pad. Didn't hold it all but held a good amount of it.

    And, on top of that most doctors I know will not write for more than 3 months' worth including refills at a time so it is fully reversible for the first few years, depending on the type you use. So I would not consider it self-harm at all.

    HRT usually requires years and years of behavioral health therapy and quite a while of routine appointments with an endocrinologist before it is even offered. It's not like I can go to the store and go buy the meds and start taking them whenever anyone feels like it.
