That may help but I feel the wings need to be a bit taller as well to get the fit I want. For now I'll stick with using dry 24/7 from you which fits me well.
That is my current issue with the large, the front wings are not tall enough to get the fit I like. I've found that angling the lower tapes downward helps get a good fit/seal and I can't do that with the large due to the wings.
In general for me it's Friday Night until Monday morning unless I have a day off from work during the week. Sometimes will wear on a weeknight but that's pretty rare now.
The states sadly did not get the slip maxi as an official one sold by Tena. We got them through a couple of suppliers and they were spendy. I suspect that xp medical or bambino may sell the new ones.
The Tena sold here by them are rubbish. They have not sold plastic Backed here in ages.
I would say Dry 24/7. They can be used all the way up thr back and won't clump unless you pull them down to use the toilet for the other side. Order them from www.xpmedical.com as they are cheaper than ordering direct from dry themselves. Also they run bigger than most brands.
