I conversed with an ABDL friend about urge incontinence.
I shared my experiences of urge incontinence as follows.
Feel the urge and try to hold back
A little spurt in the diaper and stops
Happens again and stops
The spurts start and stop like spasms and quickly becomes a constant leak
The leak...
1. I Feel wet. I don't like the feeling of wetness on my skin
2. After 4-5 hours for skin health even if I don't feel wet
3. Before a long flight to ensure I have enough capacity to last the flight
4. After a mess though its uncommon
5. I get itchy which happens when its hot and humid
How about...
My diaper will be used whether I wet it voluntarily and involuntarily.
For me, "voluntary wetting" is a spectrum. On the one end, I am choosing to wet my diaper and actively wetting it. On the other end, I don't have a choice and its what you would call an "accident"
Usually my wetting is...
The idea of wearing the diaper is in the background.
I feel it, I know its there but its not getting my attention
When I feel myself wetting, I am more conscious that I have a diaper on and I am more attentive.
When I am done wetting, it goes back into the background
Let me start:
Diapers allow me to . . . .
Give me assurance that I am ok when I am in public and I need to pee
Relieve the pain that worsens as I hold back the urge to pee
How about you?
My wife wears pullups on long cartrips for those just in case moments. If she uses it, its usually minor leaks and she promptly changes into a new one.
Here are examples of the two decisions that I face
1. I feel a sudden strong discomfort that is different than a full bladder. Feels like a cramp that quickly gets worse unless I void. When I feel these pain pangs, I have no choice but to void in my diaper. The volume isn't much but once I'm...
