everyone's experience is going to be vastly different.. the Megamax claims 12 hours.. i have worn one many times 20-24 hours and not had a leak..

in the past i had a couple leak issues at work with no spare changes. Luckily they were small leaks and i was wearing black pants.. no one noticed, up here in Seattle it is always raining or close to it, so that's always a good excuse for a wet behind.

if you are on a budget Walmarts Assurance incontinence briefs have a single H&L fasterner per side.. unfortunately they are 'cloth-like' backing..
