Actually, the most chafing I've ever gotten has come from plastic-backed models like Camelots, not cloth-backed. I think that's probably a function of their thickness and wide crotch, though; it's hard for something like Goodnites to chafe when they're so thin.

My experience closely resembles PupSpaz's above. I'm 30" and I've learned the hard way that a medium MegaMax is too big on me (leaks, etc.). But I'd imagine that a medium might be just fine for 34" and up. Fortunately, you can always ask for samples from Northshore to try them firsthand.

None that I know of, sadly. I remember trying to find even a medical supply place in either KC or STL that carried decent brands like Abena, but don't think I ever found one. I don't know of any in Springfield, either. Maybe you've found a niche in the market? :)
