I have a few cases of Rearz Select because I can add my own vintage Pampers front panels to the front (like my avatar). I love them!

I like the combination of absorbency and discretion with prevail air overnight. They also remind me a lot of modern baby diapers with one stretch tab per each side, and are very comfortable.

I print on full sheet sticker paper, stick to the diaper, then use packing tape over the design to prevent it from rubbing off. It's how I make vintage Pampers out of Rearz Select 1-tape diapers.

I am heavier than you, and not as tall. I just fit into Pull-Ups 6T today, so I'd give them a try. Get a small pack if you're worried.

I squeezed into unmodified 6T Pull-Ups and have a 36" waist and weight over 200Lbs. I posted pics of me on a scale showing me wearing the unmodified Pull-Up on another site I frequent, to prove it. It's more like a thong for me, but It's fun to wear the childish designs.

Just saw this thread now. I planted my garden today, while wearing a Crinklz original, a black onesie, jeans, and a long sleeved shirt. The onesie was so the neighbors couldn't tell I was wearing a diaper when I bent over.

Depend adjustable underwear were terrible. Urine would escape where the sides met the padding at the leg holes. I suspect these were designed for women, since my bulge may have been a factor in the leaks.

Agreed. I originally tried large, but found medium fit better. I have a 36" waist.
