You might not get a big response here but you should try it anyway. Setting up an online shop is cheap and easy. Possible reward seems way bigger than the cost. The positive outcome could be monetary and social :)

Sleeping in diapers is awesome, I do it every night :) I use cloth+PUL "Leakmaster" "all-in-one" diapers for sleeping in. Super comfortable :) they're more like very big and waterproof underwear than proper disposables but they rock.

I've come to learn that wearing anything more than cycling-specific clothes for a decent mountain bike ride is asking for trouble. Also, padded cycling bibs rawk 😁, I was against them initially but now I won't use anything else. I'm interested to hear feedback for the suggestions from the OP.
