Wigs for the AB/LG look?

Whereas I've got a few different wigs, all from Amazon, that I'm happy with, none of them 'really' fit the AB/LG look.

Any suggestions?

And yes, whilst ones off Amazon are a) hit and miss, they're also b) cheapish.

I've probably sent 4 back for being frankly, shite, or looking nothing like their images.

I haven't ever tried a wig. Primarily because I don't want to spend a sizeable sum on something I'd probably be disatisfied with when I could use that money to buy cute clothes that I know I'd be happier with. I think it would take a lot of belief suspension for me to pull off a little girl wig. I'll just wait to get a mature lady wig that I'm sure I'd be happier with.

none of them seem to suit the 'look'

I'm thinking, shorter, curls, but can't find anything to fit the bill, so to speak

Wigs have to be styled like real hair.

I've got a box full of various colorful wigs that I've bought from EBay.

Of course, they're more Cosplay themed wigs rather than AB look; but I sometimes wear them when I want to act cutesy and they work just fine.
