Hi Miauki, I found that latex is so much more comforting that silicone (too stiff). I removed the silicone tip from mine and fitted an oversize latex tip ,via eBay . hope that helps.

You can buy the source of a latex nuk 5 on speech tool sites. The nuk therapeutic trainer is less than 10 dollars! Or you can buy a cuter one from a nice site for more. Pacifiers r us has larger teats and different shapes! super nice but expensive
