LittleDino asked about UAE some days ago, is it safe to read and post to ADISC in that country.
I wonder how many countries it could be in the world where you can be arrested or can get any repression if you visit an ABDL site. In srict countries where pornography is banned do they make difference between ABDL and sexuality?

More than enough countries repress anything that's different from the norm, especially sexuality. Most ultra conservative administrations whether politcal or religious wouldn't be able to distinguish between abdl and sexuality even if there was no sexual content. In the west abdl is not accepted by the main stream.

I think any country that doesn’t want its citizens looking at this site would probably simply block the site, rather that waiting for people to find it and then arresting them. I think wearing diapers is probably a lot more of an issue socially than visiting a site for people who do.

If you want to beef up your security, perhaps check out a VPN. They do a very good job of hiding your location and online activity. In fact, some repressive countries have made their use illegal.

Besides a VPN, use an incognito window for browsing or make sure you've got a cache killer installed that will erase any traces of your surfing history when you close the browser. Someone I know is interested in psychedelic research, and our government has blocked a number of legitimate scientific websites covering that topic. There are a number of free VPNs like Proton VPN that you can use to bypass any restrictions.
 
I dont trust any state or nation that wants a deadly force advantage and monopoly over me and doesn't want me to be armed and at parity. That goes a lot deeper than just ABDL.

And those places coincidentally are also more aggressive about everything else you can or can't do and with what they are willing to take from you knowing you don't pose a threat should you stand up for yourself. Imagine that. 🙄
