I don’t post in this group often, but felt this was the best place.
I’ve worn diapers all my life off and on for a variety of reasons. At first when I was young, I’d call myself a DL. Fast forward to 3 back surgeries and a few severed nerves, I’ve had to wear for need at times. I did the PT and got better, but as time goes on, issues continue for a variety of reasons.
But, last night for reasons unknown to me, I wet the bed. It wasn’t a small dribble, but a full wetting. I woke up later feeling cold and realized my undies and sheets were soaked. I haven’t wet the bed for about 10 years. Total surprise.
Has anyone else gone long periods and got surprised by an accident?
I have an annual Dr. appointment coming up and I’ll probably mention it. They know of my struggles in the past from back issues, so I’m curious to see what they have to say.
