Stumbled across a 'legit' AI image of a kid in a diaper a little while ago (non-UK/US bedwetting advice site), but the feet were mangled. I wasn't sure that it was AI sure at first, with sympathy for the 'kid', but further lookings at AI generated feet make the hand thing seem trivial
Boggles the mind, either way, that someone would use such an image.

@ade How interesting! Q: Do you have safe access to it? I'd like to see it. Though it sounds like some congenital malady. So, I take it A.I kinda doesn't depict clear concepts as of yet (?) off the cuff, so to speak? I never dabble intentionally with A.I art or subject depictions.

Actually, it sounds like a mild case of Thalidomide poisoning to an unborn kid via mother if given the drug for nausea back in the '50s, which did occur, sadly, to thousands of children. But it may not.
Might just be a quirk with A.I in that mangled mystery photo.
