I don't post often in this sub-forum as I'm not incontinent but my wife has been suffering from stress incontinence after child birth. Sneezing, coughing, laufhing, even riding horses have caused dribbling.

She's using pads for the time being. She's done kegels. She's looking at going to see a doctor and even a pelvic floor therapist. I didn't know the latter existed previously.

Has anyone on here found any success for stress incontinence? If so, what methods did you use?

You could try a TENS device, it is a good addition to kegels, but best discuss this with the PT.

I was reading about exercises for strengthening up pelvic muscles.
Inline skating is a good exercise which helps to strengthening up pelvic muscles.
