I was at thrift store today saw some diapers but didn't say what size all it said was G/TG on the diaper what does that stand for?
 
G is Grande (in French), TG is Tres Grande (also in French) or what we'd call XL in the U.S.
 
yes, G (grand) = L (large), TG (très grand) = XL
