Question for adult babies/littles

I've been around for a while on this site and have come and gone on many occasions and I either believe that people have either become more honest with their posts or attitudes have changed. I don't believe that I have seen a post as open and honest about the sexual side of diapers - and it's refreshing to read this without it all being written in code. I am a DL / caretaker and I find wearing like others relaxes me, but also there is the sexual side also which I enjoy and always have done
