At this point the way to NSFW with AI is to install your own and disable the protection(s). You'll need relatively beefy hardware capable of it and bear in mind some of those protections are there for a reason.

You can really probably only do it with a local install of Stable diffusion right now (either sd 1.5 or sdxl).
Install a frontend of your choice ComfyUI or stable-diffusion-webui are the most popular ones and then you only need a checkpoint which you can get from CivitAI or Huggingface for example.
Be sure to download .safetensor files since those are the most safe to use.
Both of those sites have ABDL stuff (Checkpoints and LORAs).
