I have. They are on par with other tykables offerings. Good stuff. Toddler tough backer, hook and loop. And they replaced the cop dog with a superhero dog - good move on their part 
The prints are better this time around. Same-ish characters, better layout.
And of course they work just as well as other tykables diapers. Top notch.

I like how the new Puppers diapers looks boyish with parts of the diaper being blue and also having blue inner leak guards.
