Eh, why not? It'll be interesting to see how many people under the rainbow are here.

Feel free to share your orientation and/or gender in a reply below. I'll start us off:

I'm aromantic and asexual, which means I don't experience sexual attraction or romantic attraction. I do like platonic stuff, though.
How about you?

I am a bisexual male that “leans” toward the opposite sex in terms of sexual and romantic interest.

I consider myself a straight male that loves being a bottom for the right transgender woman. Also, there is a big part of me wishes I were a woman.

I identify as asexual, though technically I exist somewhere in the gray-asexual spectrum, which for me simply means that I don't ever have a desire to engage in frisky business with another person except under very specific circumstances such as kinky play, and even that's not always a guarantee. Romantically, I've been pretty consistently biromantic.

I am a Queer Femme, which means I am under the umbrella of Bisexuality, but the term Queer for me just fits so much better and gives me a sense of who I am and how it relates to my femininity (due to me having no connection to hetero-normative standards of of femininity)

But basically it means I am attracted to ALL genders; women, men, non-binary, or gender-queer folk (if someone prefers that umbrella term) Yet I have a slight preference for feminine forms of gender expression <3 but I am not opposed to masc forms of representation also ( just not toxic masc ones)

<3 I hope everyone is having a lovely pride lets not forget about LGBTQ+ people of color, if you are in America especially they need love too <3

Trans little here, mostly attracted to cartoon characters and plush toys, oh and cute girls and skinny fem boys who could pass as a girl.

Lets really not forget the lgbt people outside of the USA who are the ones who really have it tough. To the point they are killed or thrown in jail just for being themselves.

I am (maybe?) bisexual. I used to think I was gay.

I'm straight (d'oh!), but I want to show my support to everyone under the rainbow!

Happy pride month! 🥳

I'm straight, happily married with children, but if we're talking about a spectrum here, I suppose even boring cis ones like me might be somewhere on it too, maybe X-ray, microwave or some other extreme?

I would prefer being part of a spectrum over being excluded, and although it's not quite "pride" what I feel about my orientation, I gather inclusion is what's the movement is about.

Enjoy whatever suits you.

I am a straight person myself, however I have many, many dear friends of the LGBTQ community, and I'd like to consider myself an ally. If you don't object to me asking, what all can allies do to help our friends?

I'm bisexual having lived exclusively gay with my boyfriend throughout college. He got drafted and I moved to a new job where I met the girl who would become my wife and the mother of my children. Oddly enough, I'm probably more gay than hetero as I only look at gay porn. My psychologist says I'm bi which I think is correct.

Just continue to be supportive and don't be afraid to call out hate and stand up against it.

And you know maybe use a coaster once in a while. Just the polite thing to do just saying. Lol

The bare minimum is simply not being homophobic or transphobic, but if you really want to show support, then support various LGBTQ organizations through donations and/or volunteer work, support LGBTQ-owned businesses, support LGBTQ artists, vote against politicians who enforce anti-LGBTQ policies and so on.

And one more thing - speaking generally and by no means directed at you specifically - the "A" in "LGBTQIA+" doesn't stand for "ally". As much as the community appreciates the support of straight allies, I feel most LGBTQ folk draw a hard line at including them as part of the acronym, because including straight people in the LGBTQIA+ spectrum pretty much contradicts the entire point of its existence. I say this not just because I'm asexual but because there are indeed a lot of straight people who inexplicably feel they need to be included within gay pride rather than just offering selfless support.

Gotcha! I've called out a few people, and I can take a hard stance, I'll continue!

And I'll continue to use a coaster, water rings are a bitch

No worries, I'm a person big on supporting everyone and have voted out a few people who needed to go, or revealed their true colors. Have to check for a list of businesses, I'd be more than happy to shop at some.

It's all cool! Thought A was for asexual? Makes total sense, that allies shouldn't be included in the acronym, I agree that it would be a contradiction. Just so long as I can be supportive

I'm heteroflexible. Almost like Bi except I prefer women over men. Also, I want to have a relationship with a woman not with a guy
