Irritation using a condom catheter

Anybody know how I can use a condom catheter without causing the head to get irritated. I would like to use them when I go out so I can point myself downwards and not have to worry about peeing out the top.

You should try wearing a Mcguire urinal instead of condom catheter. No worries about leakage or having to "point down" to make sure no leaks. I use one for travel and it works great, especially during long periods when the seatbelt sign stays illuminated and you can't use the head.
