Welcome to the site. I presume Type-2 diabetes with nerve damage? That's what I have in my case.

Yes sir your correct I don’t know it’s nerve damage but I dribble and leak and when I’m full of pee I can’t wait to long to go or I’ll flood myself
 
Welcome to the site, I recently became more active on here. I have a spinal injury and a neurological condition that causes my IC I'm both bladder and bowel IC I'm diapered 24/7 and I'm also a wheelchair user.

I use many types of diapers, my main go to is either Better dry or the NRU Str8up. I also use some ABDL diapers to mix it up a bit as you might as well have fun with it!

What sort of diapers / IC products do you use?

I am incontinent due tyo diabetic nerve damage. I drip and dribble all day long and pee heavily in my sleep at night. I wear nappies 24/7

I use mostly all in one cloth diapers
Some disposable ones ABDL always with
Plastic panties over them or plastic lined Lacey
Rhumba panties (my favorite) with thick cotton
Birdseye and cotton stuffers ) less skin irritation
Than disposables )

Diabetes is the main cause of my incontinence. Always happy to chat on here.
