May want to first start with an Introduction Thread as that starts the process to being able to have the full site available to you!

I wear diapers and plastic pants as a need. 24/7, U-IC and they are important part of protection from leaking as part of wearing diapers.

I can kind of understand you interest. So, with your wife interested in allowing you to explore, Go For It, have fun, etc, etc.
