Does anyone have suggestions on how to make yourself pee less? I don't quite have ic status but I was talking with my Dr and they said it's my kidneys filtering everything really well... so.... how can I help myself to not have to pee every half hour
 
Drink less ,
Oh and follow the advise of the Doctor
