Have you ever seen a diaper in a public restroom trash can?

I do a fair bit of taking the trash out, but I've yet to see any in the bathroom. Have seen one adult diaper in the outside trash, but only one.

I know of one case where there should have been a diaper in a trash, but wasn't. (Monty Python mom voice) "We need to go. Can it wait?!" (squeak) "No! I'm almost done!"
 
I have seen baby diapers but not adult diapers.
 
I have seen three adult diapers in the last months. Two of them in the same place (handicapped toilet, while chamging my own diaper) the third one in public bin.
 
Back when I used to work for Panera Bread and closing the store ... While cleaning the bathrooms, I had noticed an adult diaper in the trash. That is pretty much the only time ever .. that I have seen an adult diaper in the trash.
