There are a few on redgifs. The reddit group I called out in the OP doesn't seem to exist anymore, but most of it was linked from redgifs.
 
I have the stainless steel fufu and I made up elastic straps to keep it in place. I have the large size and while the internal section is perfectly sized to pull my thick scrotal skin through, I have trouble pulling the overlapped skin back through the narrow outer ring to complete the labia appearance.
I think they are a fantastic dressing aid and I do not experience any discomfort when wearing my fufu - no more ball crushing when tucking with tights panties or tape.
