Hey, I'll start off by saying I am a ABDL and am not incontinent. I have come here to ask regarding a issue I have developed over the years. Since I was 14 I have worn diapers weekly and nearly daily for extended periods when I was 14-17. As I have become a adult I have developed a excema condition on my penis and surrounding areas. I am wondering if this has been caused by my diaper wearing at a younger age.

I often made sure I was using creams etc and never got diaper rash. I have solutions in place to ease it but I am curious if anyone else has this issue. Thankyou in advance and for your understanding.

Excema is a condition of the skin connected to the nerves (I believe) and can chose to develop near anywhere on one's body and at any point in one's life. Not likely that your diaper wearing has caused it, but it developing on your genitals, so understand your linking it. There are several new medications that have become available. Treating is a question as where do you start? I think you will end up at a skin specialist, but you may need to start with your primary care doctor, depending on your insurance /medical group and obtain a referral.

Have you tried switching from disposable to cloth to rule out allergic reaction to whatever the disposable is made of?
Try using higher zinc content and anti-fungal creams for extended periods of time?
Do you change regularly when the diaper has been used?

I sometimes get excema on my shaft or other parts of my body. Mine seems to be triggered by stress. Perhaps it may help to find what your triggers are.

Definitely not a great experience to have, I'm very grateful to not have had a reaction in awhile now😌

You may want to try cutting out all sugar and carbs. Many people find it can be help or even eliminate eczema even chronic cases

Bit of a response to all. I have been using a steroid cream on other parts of my body for psoriasis, I used it on my genitals and it cleared up within a day. I suspect it's not eczema and is in fact psoriasis unfortunately. My doctor originally prescribed a general anti fungle cream that didnt work. So steroid cream is the future go to. Will need to talk to my doctor about long term use down there. Thankyou all for your understanding :)

For sure this isn't an issue to be discussed in a forum - it's a medical problem which should be seen by a doctor, best case a skin specialist. No-one here ca give any kind of diagnosis/therapy!

I was only seeing if others have experienced this and was curious if the usage of diapers was a possible cause. I was not seeking treatment via a forum as has been stated above.

I'm sorry for my quite harsh comment - I shouldn't have answered on my mobile phone browser, using PC and a proper keyboard is more suitable for a more polite answer!
