As always I am in Night Owl Mode.
Watching Science Documentaries about Astronomy.
Earlier I took my evening medications.
I have set out a clean diaper and a clean pair of plastic pants to wear at bedtime later.

I apologise for not writing earlier in the day.
I am okay.
I just got up from my Sunday afternoon nap.
Yes.
This morning I went to church.
Last night during sleep sometime between 2:50 and 7:00 I had a massive voiding of my bowel.
A huge mushy blowout.
Just like a baby.
What a major mess to clean up in the shower upon waking.
Besides total bladder incontinence, I have complete total bowel incontinence as a 66 year-old with Cerebral Palsy and Autism.

I am okay.
I just called the Manchester Transit Authority CART Paratransit Service to arrange for 2 round-trip paratransit rides.
One on Wednesday to the WALMART across town.
The second on Friday to the TAYLOR LIBRARY in East Derry.
Yes.
I am diapered and dressed.
First medication of the day has been taken.
I have also set up my 2.5" Refracting Telescope on my front deck.
This afternoon the Solar Eclipse will be passing through overhead.
Here in Derry, New Hampshire it will be a "Partial" Solar Eclipse.
The "Path of Totality" is further north near the Town of Berlin here in New Hampshire.
Yes.
I will mount a Welders Filter Plate onto the Objective End of my telescope to cut out most of our Home Star's light, including Ultraviolet Wavelength light.

I am set up to observe the Solar Eclipse.
Diapered, of course.
I have the cheap $10.00 digital camera set up to record still and video images of the eclipse when it passes by.
The weather here in Derry, New Hampshire is 100% Clear Sky.

Earlier I was in another teleconference.
A Support Group for LGBTQIA+ Adults with Disabilities.
Anyway, I have been in my wheelchair for hours.
Now online I am watching an old PBS NOVA Science Documentary.
I am consistent in my choices for evening television watching.
Facts an information.
Autistic person television.
I am okay emotionally this evening.
I have not much else to say.

I apologise for being quiet all day.
I just got up from my nap.
I did find out this morning that my 2 necessary round-trip paratransit rides for this week are booked.
I had contacted MTA's CART Paratransit Service yesterday and I left them a message.
This morning I did watch a cartoon:
STAR TREK: THE ORIGINAL ANIMATED SERIES
I did have today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
As usual, wheelchair/toilet and toilet/wheelchair transfers all day long to change my diapers.

I am okay.
I just arrived back home from the WALMART across town here in Derry, New Hampshire.
I stocked-up on adult diapers and disposable 762mm x 914mm bed pads.
I purchased Baby Wipes.
Plus AA and AAA size batteries..
I also purchase 1 DVD BOX SET:
THE WILD, WILD WEST
This was on television when I was a child decades ago in the 1960's.
I purchsed a BLU-RAY BOX SET:
CHIP & DALE'S RESCUE RANGERS
I did purchase 6 HOT WHEELS/MATCHBOX toy vehicles.
The last items were 2 deep 90% discount plushies for $0.99/each.
A Rabbit and a Pig.
I will figure out what to name them later.
I am still wearing my AFO leg braces.
Yes.
I am now back in my wheelchair.
I have started to wash my own dirty clothes out of my bathroom.
Yeah...
House chores.
Like I keep stating over and over again, one can not be "Little" all the time.
Chores have to get accomplished.

I was just outside to retrieve the mail.
Yes.
It is Raining.
Yuck!
I dislike getting drenched externally.
I did have an "Excuse me young man..." with the Autistic teenage boy, "J", at #25 who blurted out the "S-BOMB" talking back to his Mom regarding taking out the trash.
I talked to "J's" Mom telling her, I know all about the "S-BOMB".
In the future, the "ladies" his own age definitely will not like it.
Being young, he has a lot of "hidden curriculum" social functioning procedures to learn.
I have these in my "rote memory".

I will stop for now and wait for today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly to arrive.

Anyway, I have performed enough "tidying up" for today.
A daily house chore.
Being Elderly with having Mild Cerebral Palsy since birth I apologize for not having as much physical stamina as what I had decades ago.
Soon it will be nap time.
I need "HARCOURT" Unicorn plushie friend.
Later at 18:00 I have another important teleconference.
My logical analytical skills as a trained engineer are needed to cut through the "clutter" of formulating policy on advocating for Mental Health Care "access" for the DD/ID Disability Community.

Outside it is overcast and raining.
Earlier I used my adult medical potty chair next to my bed.
I did throw away my dirty night diaper.
Yes.
I already took my daily morning diuretic medication.
Later after 12:00 the MTA CART Paratransit Service will be taking me to the TAYLOR LIBRARY on East Derry Road.
Next to the Library is the First Parish Congregational Church where I have a Diaconate Council Meeting to attend at 13:00.
Yes.
I have to be in "ADULT MODE".
Also in my schedule today is another teleconference at 19:00 that I have to attend.
Tomorrow is 2 Disability Civil Rights meetings.
The first a teleconference at 12:00.
The second a face-to-face Disability Civil Rights Social Event in Concord here in New Hampshire at 18:00.
I deeply apologize for not having much time to be "Little" for the next 2 days.
I have so many adult responsibilities.

As always I will be transferring on and off the toilet to change poopy/wet diapers all morning long.
