I am feeling good quietly watching Science Documentaries.
As always at this time of day, my bed is ready to sleep in and all I am wearing is a diaper and plastic pants while sitting in my wheelchair.
Physically I have been hurting all day long since 8:00 when I woke up.
Cerebral Palsy Spasticity combined with Arthritis.
My ankles, knees, and hips are I guess "falling apart".
Yes.
I did wear my AFO leg braces when I went to church this morning.
I have not worn my AFO leg braces for the rest of the day after returning home.
Not much else to say.
Soon I will get into my bed for sleep.

Sigh...
I woke up earlier extremely poopy.
Besides being soaking wet.
I got cleaned up, diapered and dressed.
I just took my daily first medication.
The Diuretic.
I have also just called up the Manchester Transit Authority to arrange two round-trip CART Paratransit Service rides for Wednesday and Friday.
Yes.
I am okay.
I am in my wheelchair.
My 82 year-old roommate is also okay.
My routines as an Elderly Autistic vary very little.
Hmm?
On another note:
There is on the television a 77 year-old wealthy elderly adult with clear signs of Senile Dementia who's 3 sons need to tell their father:
"Enough is Enough!".
We need to have you committed to a Senile Dementia Ward in a Nursing Home for the Elderly.
"You can not take care of yourself anymore, and you are a danger to yourself and others."

Before that I had today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.

My evening is quiet.
Earlier I had Supper.
Then I was in another teleconference.
A Social/Support Group for disabled adults who are LGBTQIA+.
Now online I am watching a History Documentary.
World War II.
DECISIVE BATTLES OF WORLD WAR II - STALINGRAD
Internally I am in both "Adult" and "Little" Mode.
Right now I am quietly playing with a baby/toddler toy.
Quiet play at different times of the day is important to me.

I admit to some sadness.
Factors in the outside world.
It is the Christian love of persecuting people who are different.
I try watching the news to find out about what is going on in the outside world.
But the outside world is filled to overflowing with hate.
Maybe that is the nature of the outside world.
Hate is its only attribute.
Along with violence and sadism.
The Christian Creed seems to be:
"God hates your living guts and so do I".
Anyway, now online I am watching Science Documentaries.

Earlier I did take my 5 evening medications.
I am able to relax and allow myself to play.
Yet I am an extremely serious and responsible person.

Although as an Autistic I have never been in a Mental Hospital, I dreamed about it last night.

In real life I have never been psychotic.
But my Autistic Mother was.

Only during my nap time in the afternoon.

One of the themes of this Canadian Produced documentary miniseries is the "internal" all-out war against the "Non-Whites" and "Non-Christians" throughout the United States and "externally" throughout the world.
The United States Government also has waged war against every single LGBTQIA+ person throughout the United States for at least a Century too.

Another implied theme of this Canadian Produced documentary miniseries is that the United States is really declining just like the Ancient Roman Empire and will devolve into a more of a society like the Dark Ages of Europe from 400 AD to 1,000 AD.
The wealthy elite will retreat to their estates, and everybody else will be serfs.
If we do not get off this destructive path.

I should be communicating stuff about me being an Adult Baby.
But...
My mind is elsewhere...
A lot of the stuff that was discussed in the Canadian Produced documentary miniseries, WHILE THE REST OF US DIE, I had discussions about with Professor Freimarck at Wentworth Institute back in the Summer of 1983 in his course, "THE AUTHORITARIAN/TOTALITARIAN STATE", which was about Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany.
We debated stuff such as conspiracy theories, Christian Nationalism, Mis-Information, Propoganda, Mass Movements, Cults, Psychopathology of Leaders, etc.
The whole nine yards...
He, and the rest of the class, which was 5 of us came to the consensus, that the United States would mega unravel as a nation state starting around the mid 2020's.
Anyway, it is 2024, and exactly like Professor Freimarck, myself, and the other members of this seminar course postulated, the United States is unravelling internally.

I have been doing diaper changes intermittently during the day.

I am okay.
On and off my handicapped-adapted toilet all morning long.
This morning I took my first medication of the day.
Then I sat down to "PAY BILLS".
I then hobbled outside to the cluster mailbox to mail them off in the "outgoing" mail slot.
I have just ate today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
I do have to put my leg braces on to go out later this afternoon over to the WALMART across town to purchase diapers and cleaning supplies.
Not much else happening.
I am performing small house chores.
Like cleaning the toilet.
Plus cleaning my adult potty chair.
Taking out trash.

I did a little bit of re-arranging things in my bedroom.
Now I have my adult plastic pail potty chair as my computer desk chair.
At the other end of my house trailer my 82 year-old roommate is having his nap.
In another 90 minutes I have to go outside and wait for the MTA CART Paratransit Service to pick me up to take me to the Walmart.
I need diapers.
I need bed pads.
I need baby wipes.
I need bar soap.
I need toilet bowl cleaner.
I need drain unclogger.
Those are the necessities.

I am back home from being at the WALMART here in Derry, New Hampshire.

They only had 1 34-count package of L/XL sized ASSURANCE ADULT DIAPERS.
I ended-up purchasing 4 19-count L/XL ASSURANCE PULLUPS TRAINING PANTS.
I did purchase a 30-count package of 30" x 36" disposable bed pads.
Plus a 240-count package of EQUATE BABY WIPES.
I purchased a small FISHER-PRICE Baby Toy.
2 MATCHBOX Vehicles.
1 HOT WHEELS Vehicles.
Plus Toilet Bowl cleaner.
Yes.
I am okay.

It is late evening and for the past 90 minutes I have been mute and quiet and seated on my plastic pail adult potty chair.
Sigh...
It is my only means of having any kind of "no diaper time".
Pulled down to my ankles is a clean and dry disposable ASSURANCE PULL-UP TRAINING PANT.
Since 20:00 I have had 2 uncontrollable wettings into the potty pail.
I will be on my potty until 23:59 which is my bedtime as an elderly Autistic who is a "Night Owl".
As for what activity I am performing...
I am watching Science Documentaries online.
I hate and I utterly refuse to watch "FILTH" television.
History.
Science.
Cartoons.
Japanese Anime.
Fantasy.
Science Fiction.
Classic Television Shows.
Those are the only television programs I am allowed to watch as an Elderly Autistic adult.
Today while at WALMART earlier in the evening I purchased 2 DVD BOX SETS:
F TROOP
SCOOBY-DOO AND DYNOMUTT
This month's "entertainment" expense.

Yes.
I am okay this morning.
Earlier after getting dressed I crutched out into my kitchen to take my daily morning diuretic medication.
My roommate CK is playing his "free" slot machine game on his laptop computer.
Sigh...
I am in my "computer desk chair" the "adult plastic pail potty chair" waiting for the daily intermittent uncontrollable bowel spasms to come and subside over the next 4 or so hours to deposit the mess into my potty instead of the ASSURANCE PULL-UP TRAINING PANT pulled down around my ankles.
Each and every day for hours from ~ 9:00 to ~ 14:00 I am profoundly "shut-in" due to my uncontrollable bowel incontinence.
During this time I typically have 4 to 6 major sudden spasms of bowel emptying to "get it all out" each and every day.
By contrast, my complete total urinary bladder incontinence is less debilitating and/or shameful.
It is a given that us physically disabled elderly who totally lack bladder and bowel control are treated very badly by society.
Nobody wants to be around us.

Except for watching on DVD:

Along with answering my front door once, clothed, of course, I have been seated on my adult plastic pail potty chair for 2 3/4 hours straight.
While dressed and answering the door for the Meal on Wheels Lunch Lady to deliver today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly I flooded the ASSURANCE PULL-UP TRAINING PANT.
I ate today's Meals on Wheels Lunch and I am now back shut-away in my bedroom seated on the adult plastic pail potty chair until 17:00 later today.
Soon the medical restraint mittens will be put on and will not come off until 17:00 later today.
This computer will be set to one of the PLUTO TV Children's Television programs channels until 17:00 later today.

Self-imposed "toddler time" was okay.
An hour more of "potty sitting" while only allowing myself to watch:
MY LITTLE PONY TALES
Then a rigidly self-enforced nap time from 13:00 to 16:00.
I uncontrollably filled another ASSURANCE PULL-UP TRAINING PANT with pee-pee.
The leakage went into the bed pad underneath me.
Then a rigidly self-enforced 1 hour "potty time" from 16:00 to 17:00.
I then watched on DVD:
SCOOBY DOO AND DYNOMUTT
After I emptied and cleaned-out the my potty's plastic pail/tray, which is a white plastic dishpan.
I did have Supper with my roommate.
Now from 18:00 to 18:30 another toddler "potty time".
Then I will allow myself to watch the news.
WMUR-TV, Channel 9 out of Manchester here in New Hampshire.
Sigh...
I feel sad my only no diaper time is lengthy sessions on my adult plastic pail potty chair shut-away from the world since I am completely incontinent.
