I know of a show that has a "diaper" scene:

Apart front these, there are quite a few "diaper-edited" scenes out there from shows like Miss Kobayashi's dragon maid, darling in Franxx, highschool of the dead, tonikawa over the moon, etc

I've looked, and I keep an eye out for it. So far, the only thing I've seen is where there's a single short scene in a single episode. Nothing reoccurring, and definitely no series where diapers are a regular or central theme.

There IS a little bit of manga out there, but nothing I've seen that's been colored.

Deviant Art has quite a bit of fanfic diaper art, for pretty much any anime series you can think of.

There's a few good full 13+ page stores involving Tails (fron Sonic) and a few other characters. Look around on Deviant Art. (Kelvin the Lion comes to mind, his own unique characters, but pretty well done) https://www.deviantart.com/search?q=kelvinthelion
