I sometimes feel like I am a "little" because I like childhood games and toys but not AB as I am really not into baby things. If someone could please explain the differences to me? 
Can someone explain to me the difference between AB and Little?

An adult baby is a little, but a little is not necessarily an adult baby.
Perhaps you’re an adult toddler, based on your predilections. You’d still be a little, since you enjoy being a good many years less than your chronological age.
