Any DLs in Eastern OH, Northern WV, or Western KY?

I will be moving to Eastern OH, not far from Wheeling, WV in a couple of months and was hoping to meet other DLs in the region for possible social events (ABDLs welcome, and especially transgender/intersex folks). I am very open-minded and truly enjoy interacting with others of diverse interests.
