Does anyone else’s blood sugar effect their bathroom usage? Does the cabin pressure of airplanes mess with you too?

It does. Airplane air is extremely dry. Yesterday we had our flight to Ireland. I was very thirsty and drank one liter of tea, but this was not enough and my back complained today (when too low on water my back hurts). I helped my wife to get diapered after we passed security (because they check fluids, that's all I know). She was better hydrated than me and peed in her diaper, but it was dark yellow.

oof that does not sound fun. I always wear a diaper to airplanes, I hate using airplane toilets so much lol. If flight time is over 5 hours then yeah I'm gonna wear a padding. I fell asleep once and woke up my diaper being full, my muscles tend to relax when I fall asleep.
