I was just outside to mail off another bill payment.
I also took out the trash.
Yes.
My Cerebral Palsy affected legs have had it for the day.
Anyway, I checked my schedule, and I have another teleconference at 19:00.

I just tried to watch the news.
A sicko fruitcake today doused himself and lit himself on fire outside the courthouse where Ex-President "Dumpster Fire" is on trial.
I turned the fucking CATV connected television "OFF".
One has to be mega sick in the head to turn oneself into a "Barbecued Hamburger".
The only thing missing down there in Manhattan, New York City, New York, was the adult human-sized toasted Hamberger Bun.
Sigh...
Here I am sounding like Detective Munch played by the late "Richard Belzer" on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT.

Outside it is overcast and raining.
Yes.
An indoor activity day.
Earlier I woke up in a very wet and messy night diaper.
Yes.
I showered to clean up the mess.
I am diapered and dressed.
Yes.
I just took the morning diuretic medication.
To make me pee and poop like crazy intermittently for the rest of the morning.
Well, it is time for cartoons.

My roommate took me to the RITE AID Pharmacy at Shute's Corner.

The darn Urologist's Office still had not re-prescribed my BPH medications.

I am now very Bull (BLEEP!).
I have all my other medications from my Primary Care Physician.
I will also note, that I am washing my own dirty clothes.
Adult responsibilities.

On FACEBOOK I video chatted with an Autistic friend of mine out in the Midwest.
I have just taken my daily evening medications.
Now online I am watching:
PBS THE ASTRONOMERS
An old 6-part astronomy mini-series.
I also a few minutes ago had to change a wet and poopy adult diaper.
As always I need my daily dose of Educational Television.

I took a shower earlier.
I woke up wet as usual.
Plus I was "mega" poopy.
ARGH!!!!!
What a mess to "clean up".
Yes.
I really piled-on the de-odorant this morning.
After all, as a Deacon, my presence is required at worship this morning at the church I belong to.
I am Protestant.
Jesus Christ is the Leader of the Church.
Not the Pope.
Yes.
I just took the daily morning diuretic medication.
I will be internally feeling like a "Racing Horse" being "purged" before a race.
They get fed diuretics like carrots like no tomorrow.
Anyway, I just packed my chrome 3-wheel rollator walker frame carry bag with diapers, baby powder, and a "plushie" to aid me in maintaining cognitive/emotional self-regulation as an elderly Autistic.

Anyway, I have been performing house cleaning.

Picking up clutter.
Also I just called the Urologist office to get my FLOMAX and PROSCAR medications refilled.
They were (BLEEP!) told 2 Friday's ago to refill those medications at the RITE AID PHARMACY at Shute's Corner.
Sorry...
I am internally angry right now.
Oh!
As an Autistic, the only way I can identify and name feelings is via writing.

1 bill to be paid at the start of the next fiscal month.
I have been shooting video for my next DerryCAM TV Show about Science.
I am hyper-pessimistic about "EARTH DAY" which is today.
All it is, is all talk and zero action to clean up the mess we are making of this planet.

As always I am needing my evening of Educational Television Documentaries.
Earlier I took my evening medications.
Tomorrow I have to pick up my refilled medications for BPH.

I have been off them for several days.
My bladder spasms have been difficult to deal with.
But I have been mute and quiet when they occur, emptying my bladder a little at a time.
I will be glad to be back on them tomorrow.

A session in the shower to clean up the mess.

Just a bit sad.
Even though I am an "Adult Baby", total bladder and bowel incontinence is difficult to deal with as an Autistic with Cerebral Palsy.
Anyway, I am dressed, including diapered.
Outside it is overcast.
Rain coming?
