I had Supper earlier.
On CATV I am watching a History Documentary:

After watching one History Documentary on CATV, I watched another one:
THE NAZI JESUS
I then took my evening medications.
Now online I am watching:
PBS NOVA - FINDING LIFE BEYOND EARTH
Yes.
Science.
Not Fiction.
I will note that I have not just wetted, but pooped 2 more Adult Pull-Up Training Pants.
Disposable of course.
I have been in my wheelchair since 16:15.
I will note that from 17:00 to 20:00 I have been quietly playing with my LEGO bricks while watching television.
Now I am having "Hug Time" with "ERNIE ELEPHANT".

I was just in my bathroom to empty and clean my adult medical potty chair pail.
Yes.
It is a dirty job.
No poop in it.
Just pee-pee.
There are always these small chores to be independent and living in the community, not an institution.
Also, I am charging my cellular telephone again.
Oh!
Today I did not watch the evening news at all.
I have been both "BIG" and "LITTLE" off and on all day long.
typical behavior for me as an elderly physically disabled Autistic.

I was in my medical restraint mittens for 10 hours straight.
On my back.
Helpless.
Until the time came to remove them.
I woke up to hyper-intense calming/comforting tactile sensations inside my diaper and plastic pants.
These tactile sensations just happen completely on their own.
I did not and was not performing "THE BEHAVIOR".
I could not.
My hands were at my sides and securely encased in my medical restraint mittens.
After getting out of bed and taking off my diaper and plastic pants, my body looked strange when I gazed down at "PRECIOUS".
I hobbled into my bathroom and washed.
Then I hobbled over to the my medical adult potty chair and sat for a few minutes.
I then put on an ADULT PULL-UP TRAINING PANT and dressed myself.
Of course I transferred into my wheelchair and I wheeled out into the kitchen where I have my medicines in an over the counter cabinet.
I took 1 Diuretic pill and I washed it down with a swig of DIET COKE.
My roommate CK is playing his usual game on his laptop computer.
He is extremely computer illiterate.
This game he plays is all he uses his computer for.

Earlier I was outside to retrieve the mail from the cluster mailbox.
My "official" Non-Driver ID came in the mail.
I also had 2 adult medical potty chair sits to poop and change wet PULL-UP TRAINING PANTS.
I am now starting to use the 2nd 19-count package since Wednesday evening last week.
ASSURANCE PULL-UP TRAINING PANTS for "BIG BOYS" only hold a couple of wettings before being "flooded".
American Adult Diaper Manufacturers put out garbage products for medical incontinence sold to the "Disability/Elderly" Community.
I will take a long walk for exercise after Lunch later.
As for now, I will watch another Cartoon:

I just had my long hobble walk for exercise on my spastic CP affected legs.
I am tired.
I am hurting.
I need to rest.
I was just in my bathroom to empty out and clean my adult medical potty chair tray/bucket.
Pee-pee and poo-poo in the potty, along with pee-pee drenched Adult Pull-Up Training Pants all morning long.
I am back in my wheelchair.
Soon I will be back into the medical restraint mittens and on my back in my bed for my nap.
Right now I am undressed to be ready for my nap time.
Later it will be time for another Cartoon after my nap.
Nap time will be from 13:30 until 16:30.
I have to be a good little boy.
I have to obey as an Elderly Autistic.
Zero "straying" from rigid fixed routines.
But before my nap, a few minutes of play with my FISHER-PRICE "SEE AND SAY" Animals Toy.
I am "Little".
I am not allowed to have growed-up person toys, such as {CENSORED}.
I will never be allowed to have them.
If I were to say the names of the growed-up person toys, I would have to have my mouth washed-out with soap.

I am up from my nap early.
I really did not sleep much.
I just laid there in my bed my hands restrained in the medical restraint mittens which I put on myself.
I laid there staring at the ceiling clutching ERNIE ELEPHANT plushie friend.
My mind had not much of any internal conversation except for:
"WUV U ERNIE EWEE!"
"ME BE-BE!"
I was in very deep infantile regression.
All during my nap/rest time I was also experiencing CP spasticity physical pain.
I cried intermittently, but was completely mute and silent.
Anyway, it is time to watch another Cartoon.
Supper is "later"...

Then I had Supper.
I then watched some news from 18:30 to 19:00.
Now online I am watching a History Documentary.
THE TWO LIVES OF HANS KAMMLER
He was the SS Leader responsible for overseeing Nazi Secret Weapons Development.
Jet Aircraft.
Ballistic Missiles.
Electromagnetic Pulse Weapons.
Nuclear Weapons.
Super Tanks.

A TRAVELLER'S GUIDE TO THE PLANETS
Evenings 7 days a week are always Educational Television watching time.
I am also quietly playing with my plushie, "USAGI BUNNY RABBIT".
Yes.
I am still hurting a little bit with respect to my CP spasticity in my legs.
But this is normal.

I will admit that using pain reliever pills for CP spasticity are problematic.
Especially so, since I am on LEXAPRO, an SSRI-Type Anti-Depressant.
BACLOFEN, commonly prescribed for CP spasticity is contra-indicated, since both together initiate a neurological bad reaction.
Anyway, I am still in my wheelchair.
I will note that a short time ago I hand washed 2 pairs of my plastic pants.
I also cleaned the raised toilet seat on my toilet in my bathroom.
Yes.
While watching television online I am quietly playing with my FISHER-PRICE pretend play telephone.
Zero interrruptions from my mentally deranged Mom, unlike decades ago in my real childhood.

My roommate CK is out.
Probably grocery shopping.
I just took my daily diuretic medication.
Being Autistic, I will rigidly follow my "routines".
Since the weather is becoming nicer, I will soon go outside for a walk.
Only around my neighborhood though.
Hobbling along NH Route 28 is too dangerous.
I will have THADDEUS TRICERATOPS plushie with me.

Besides taking a walk around my neighborhood for a short time I also took out the trash.
Including a trash bag of dirty adult pull-up training pants and dirty diapers.
Here in the trailer park I live in, a younger family moved into #25.
They have 2 disabled from birth teenagers.
The older one is a young lady with Severe Cerebral Palsy and Intellectual Disability.
The younger one has Autism Functional Level 1 like myself.

My roommate CK had returned home from grocery shopping.
I have undressed to take my nap later at 12:30.
But for now I will quietly play with baby toys until then.

Another 3:30 hours in medical restraint mittens to keep me "helpless" and in "control" and just be a good little "Baby Boy".
I am back in my wheelchair.
But a bit restless.

How about another "walkie" outside with THADDEUS TRICERATOPS plushie for 30 minutes?

I did not watch the news this evening.
Instead I ended up watching on CATV:
LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT
In the episode I watched:
1). Dead African-American Boy with epilepsy dead in the ER.
2). Charismatic Church Pastor Accused of murder for trying to help the child.
3). Social Worker Fucked Up the Case.
4). After being fired and receiving constant hate threat calls on her telephone, the Social Worker violently commits suicide in front of SVU Officer Tuturo.
5). Missing Foster Child, Female, found locked-up in a mental hospital for witnessing Foster Mother murdering epileptic foster son with a pillow.
6). Foster Mother finally charged with Murder #1, and suspected of other murders of Foster Children in her care.
Just the typical sicko shit plot drama on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT.
At least I did not watch the "100% Real Life Sicko Shit" on the news on WMUR-TV from 18:00 to 19:00.
On LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, the good guys win.
In the real world it is a different story.
Anyway, it is now time for "Educational Television".
First is "HISTORY".

Later will be my bedtime.
Earlier I did empty and clean out the white plastic pee-pee and poo-poo tray in my adult medical potty chair.
