Picked mine up today. Walgreens in seattle area.

I think I'm just going to opt for a size large. Do you have any thoughts as to what ways the diaper is almost too tight for you? where was it the most uncomfortable? Hey guys, my gf and I are wanting some baby diapers for her and I was just wondering if you'd think they would fit. She's 5'6 120-125lbs. She's got a very flat stomach and some decent curves so we're just worried. Any input would be great

Having worked at a tops for going on 5 years I can say they stock your run of the mill selection of cheap adult diapers. Try a Walgreens, or rite aid. Where in upstate are you from? What college? I'm also a SUNY graduate :P
