  • i appreciate what your saying, i understand they are really short bits, but ive had about 4 small bits in one chapter. And ive also had good comments on the short posts. I dont want to write out a whole chapter B/c then i lose my focus on the whole story. When this goes to finshed stories it will read much nicer for sure. Thanks for saying its a good story :) but yeah if i wrote out an entire chapter(which i have tried) it just doesnt turn out as well as it could. Idk if that makes sense? Im sorry its not formatted to how you like or whatever but it works best for me. I just know that i would get muddled up and s if i wrote it out
Meh, you're right. Boston isn't very original. I just don't think they'll win it. I'm not surprised Detroit looks good, but I do think that, if I had to make a prediction right now for Stanley Cup winner, that they'd be it. Regarding Chicago, I'll be surprised if they make it past the semifinals. And since the Thrashers probably won't be doing anything this year (different coach, different players, same epic January collapse!), I'll have to echo your sentiments that I'll be happy if it's good hockey. A type of longing, regretful happiness, but happiness nonetheless... *sigh*
Well, I really don't think Toronto will come back to make the playoffs this year... but I do agree that Vancouver has as good of a shot as any team to win it this year, as long as they can stay healthy. However, because The Hockey News picked them to win the Cup this year, I know that they're officially jinxed and cannot win this year. :D So, as for my prediction, I'll try to be somewhat original and say Boston. (Really, though, Detroit looks pretty good.)
Hi, satyrical! I know it's been a long time since I've said hello, and I'm sorry, but I haven't been on much lately anyway. So, I'm trying to write a story again, and I'd really appreciate it if you could perhaps read it as I go and offer your thoughts/advice. Thanks a lot!
Oh, and I never said it wasn't critically acclaimed or loved by everybody. I read BabyStar, and I loved it. But I've read so many damn stories, that I see a lot of common ideas between past stories and your own; weather you intended for the common ideas to be there or not. I love babystar, I really do. I wasn't trying to bash it, nor did I ever call myself a story master.
I'll go edit my post, but I don't mean that it's ENTIRELY cliche. It's SUPER original in some points, but in others; it can feel cliche to me. Just a personal opinion, no need to be sarcastic.
X_X Do you not like me now because I decided to use your joke in my review? I thought it was legitimately funny, so I thought it'd be funny in my review X_X
Omg... The lord of sarcasm himself is checking out my review/comedy thread... I AM NOT WORTHY! *Bows before you* O_O

Yay for rants. Sometimes I like listening to myself go on and on and on for sure. That was for a good cause tough... or at least something like one.
Hey Satie! I decided to visit your profile today, and you're online o_O. The summer is boring me, but at the same time I don't want it to end *sighs* AKA I have things to do that I wanna do but don't wanna do. Feel free to send me a PM or go on AIM or something, I wanna talk to you :p.
Oh, yay! Comparing the Post Script to the beginning of the story, I now see how it all fits together and make sense! That is so cool! :D Now I'm just wondering, while you were planning this story, how many different ways did you see it before you decided on how it is now?
