    Empanadas de carne are definitely pretty great. Do you use pie-crust for them? Or do you make your own dough? My experience is more with Latin-American food, a lot of which is based on Spanish cooking. Where my parents live, there is a type of empanada called a Saltenha. (Named after Salta, Argentina) It's baked rather than fried. It has a thick crust, and a sweet and savory chicken stew filling. It is usually eaten as a breakfast food. I could really go for one of those right now! I think I will have to look up a recipe so I can make some:)

    Umm, what happened to your group? Did the anger incident involve the group being deleted by your hand as well?

    OMG yes! I'm just not sure how brave I am to post my Santa letter :giggles:

    I really want Snuggies they look like fun. And (shhhhh.... don't tell teddy, lol another big cuddly plush would be awesome)

    I'm going to have family round on Christmas morning so unwrapping Snuggies could be kinda weird though hahaha.

    I do know that my partners putting a mr potato head under the tree.....just as a silly gag right.....shhhhhhh

    Sounds like we can count ourselves among the lucky ones then :) it certainly is an awesome time. I've had fun decorating already.

    Yeah so Christmas will be cool I think (warm actually - summer here) i'll be chilling with family...hopefully get a visit from Santa :D apart from that just the usual festive stuff. Of course it's summer break here so I will most likely go camping with my brother around new year, kind of a tradition.

    So how about you Snaps?

    Thank you Snaps! Fortunately, or not... I am rather well versed in the idiosyncratic ways of mental health issues... from both side of those issues ;) As far as fun this week...hmmm? Does decorating a couple of trees count? I guess that I don't do much in the way of fun... not by broader standards anyway... and you? -Marka
