I called you inspirational because, despite me not being one who normally likes to let it show, I take inspiration a lot from other people's actions when there's something I'd like to do but I find it hard to initiate it myself. Wearing 24/7 is one of those things, the idea blows my mind, but then I always find some lame excuse to avoid it 
The longest I've gone was 10 days or so, and I was practically at home all the time so it doesn't count much, does it? xD
I'd be curious about which other ideas you relate to the 24/7 one ^^ For instance, in my case the concept of keeping oneself diapered by choice instead of by mere necessity, and just relying on padding, choosing diaper over regular underwear one change after the other, is among the most powerful ones.
I guess the key is not letting the burdens overpower the positive aspects of it, and integrating it as smoothly as possible in one's everyday life.
