No. I have continence issues unrelated to being AB/DL. They are pretty severe. If I wasn't AB/DL, they would probably be horrible to cope with, instead of unremarkable.

There's a sexual element for me, but I don't think it defines my experience of AB/DL. I think it's my psyche struggling to come to terms with a fundamentally nonsexual kernel, and sexualising it to cope.
