    Depends hold an ok amount and have leak guards, they come in a size small/medium.

    Attends hold a lot more, but have no leak guards and come in a small size.

    Out of the 2 I'd recommend Attends.

    well the only diapers i can really fit into are goodnites so i guess goodnites are my faavorite
