That looks like a beautiful painting of the German ME-262 Schwalbie (Redrum'd the spelling) Which translates into Swallow and I yet wonder which one. The African or the European Swallow? (Monty Python Reference) But seriously that plane was well ahead of it's time and in my mind the dawning of the Jet Technology.
