Just thought I'd post this up in case anyone had any problems with this issue.
This is how I solved it:
Solution- "Changing your XBox connection's NAT to open"
Access your router's setup page. Go to applications and gaming. Then, go to the port triggering sub-tab under applications and gaming. Fill-in the first line with 88 for the start and end ports (forwarded and triggered ranges). Fill-in the second line with 3074. Check enable for the first two lines. Save the settings. Turn-off your router and wait for 30 seconds. Power-on your router and test the x-box live connection. NAT should be open now.
