Why Diapers?

I’ve come here to continue my quest to learn why I like diapers so much. I plan to give up this fetish any day now - for the past 70 years. How people got into this fascination with diapers are my favorite stories.

Interests include flying RC gliders, Astronomy, Geology & Paleontology (love digging up fossils). My favorite things to do are taking my dog hiking and kayaking.

I’m a retired wet photographer (No not Diapers!). Loved the smell of acetic acid in the darkroom. Developer, stop bath & fixer - that’s the way to make prints, but I have to admit Photoshop makes for a lot easier image manipulation. Did my time in the military, Sergeant with the 173rd Airborne - Vietnam class of 1969-70.

Welcome to ADISC, thanks for your service. I have also questioned why I like them. After spinning my brain out for most of my life with the question. I decided to just go with it. After all I am not hurting myself or other, and me mentally state improved. Again welcome have a look around and enjoy

Hello and welcome. Thank you for your intro. I have also wondered many many times, just what it is that makes me love wearing nappies as much as I do, but while I’m enjoying it, I’m going to keep on wearing. Hope you have fun here 😁👍🏻

Welcomes @Andy! Thanks for a nice intro. I hope you successfully quit at some point. ;) (But in the meantime, please hang with us.)

I'm an avid rockhound and fossil enthusiast myself. My daughter and I have visited active fossil digs in Washington, Wyoming, and Utah. We've driven annually to Stonerose in Washington the last few summers to chisel shale, and have quite a collection of fossil leaves and even some insects. Neat little place. It's a blast. I'm hoping we can get out there a little earlier this year. After all of winter's freezes and thaws, the rocks practically fall apart on their own.

An uncle of mine was very into photography in the pre-digital era and had a darkroom at his house. I remember going in there with him to watch the process, and yeah the smell is memorable! I never developed my own pictures, but I do remember going to Fotomat! :)

Take care and enjoy the site!

Thanks! There's a spot by Randolph along the river by Birch Creek I saw on a map but I can never tell where it is when we go by.

Welcome and be welcomed as ADISC is a wonderful place to find people of like mind as near everyone here wears diapers.
Thank You for Your Service!! Seems to be a fair number of us here about.
Enjoy!
Becoming a rock hound seems fairly ease, pick-up a rock and look at it! Being success is likely far more involved!

That's what my kids would do, but then ask what it is. Well after the next dozen or so rocks that had to be identifies I had to resort to the geologist fall back description. It's Leverite, as in leaver right there.

I used to love traditional analog photography and although as a graphic designer I use and like photoshop immensely, I’m looking to get back into ‘wet photography’ again soon.

If I do, this time around in the darkroom I may well be able to enjoy wet photography - WET,! 😊
