Which modern adult diaper best models modern baby diapers? In feel, fill pattern, lastly look?
I'm aware of ABUniverse Little Kings and Alpha Gatorz, but not sure they capture feel.

Until those came out, PeekABU's were what I thought did it.

ABU’s single tape Super Dry Kids and Kiddos look and feel like the diapers I grew up with in the late 80s. For cloth backed, the Alphagatorz and Cushies are also very good.
