Just cerious, not sure this is the right tooic or not but anyway how many of you pee in your swimsuit and pool or ocean/lake etc? Growing up I always felt it was wrong to pee your self in any way even on the water so I would always find a tolite no matter where I was, I was even givin permission to just pee through my swimsuit in the grass when I was younger but for some reason as a kid I was uncomfortable with it, so when you are swiming, what do you do when you need to pee?

Always get out if you're in a pool.
I remember my parents telling me it would be OK to pee in the sea/ocean when I was younger but don't think I was ever able to. Might be fun to try again next time I'm in open water.

I always get out of the pool to pee, even tho now I want to pee the pool, I dont do it...

So many continent people already pee in pools it isn't funny. If you can get to the bathroom then yes you should. I'm incontinent though, so it's not like I have a choice but to pee in the pool. Even if you are able to hold it but choose not to, I doubt it will make any real difference.

I was told if there wasn’t “P” in the POOL it would simply be a “OOL”.

Surveys indicate that a significant number of people do pee in pools, but who knows if they are being honest? As for peeing in a lake, boaters sometimes convene at submerged sandbars in the lake for wading, drinking and socializing. They often refer to these areas as 'warm water bays'.

Most of the time, I get out of the pool. At my local YMCA, there are separate shower stalls with curtains, so if I need to go before I'm ready to leave, I'll go in one and just pull my swimsuit bottoms to the side.

That being said, I went to a public outdoor pool on Monday. I was going to be good and use the toilet, but not long before I was ready to get changed and leave, a whole group of little kids went in the bathhouse. Figuring they were going to use the toilet and take forever, I just peed in the pool. They came back out while I was going... Guess it was the right choice anyway, because I discovered the soap for hand washing at the sink was gone.

When I was getting changed however, my bladder still felt kinda full and it really felt like I leaked a drop in the Pull-Up I just put on.

never pee in the pool. even before i was a scuba diver always peed in the pond, lake, ocean. as a kid spent much ofthe summer in a swim suit that i often peed in whether or not it was wet from a pool or sprinkler.

I can say that pools I generally don't go in, lakes, bays, oceans not only do I go in them, I announce it.
When I was a teen, myself and vanilla friends would literally just piss ourselves if we were at the beach, no shame, me would laugh so hard about it

This thread makes me glad I don't swim in public pools lol.

I don't pee in the pool. When I was young a friend 'confessed' to me that he peed in the pool. His daddy was VERY religious so I thought this was a praiseworthy sign of juvenile rebellion and I never revealed his secret. I love to pee in the open sea, especially when swimming entirely alone. (Don't do this if there is any danger from currents etc.) it gives a wonderful sense of anarchistic freedom, a release from the restrictive taboos that exist on shore. I have long specialised in peeing in rivers and lakes, where 'private' areas are usually to be found, and one can stand nonchalantly on the bank in speedos etc. and just let go.

Pee, no. BMs, ... always! Thank God for my swim diapers--and my floaties, which allow me to concentrate on my "business" without worrying about keeping my head above water.

When I was little, I tossed a Baby Ruth candy bar into a swimming pool and laughed as people climbed over each other, trying to get out.

Ok, that bit about the BM-ing is probably a lie. I have peed in the pool from time to time. I'd say I mostly get out and use the bathroom. Mostly, ... by a hair.

I have always peed while swimming in a lake, I remember one time I was sitting on a big float at the public beach and a school classmate jut stood there and peed in his swim trunks I had always at least got in the water but thought that was really hot and I let go myself while sitting with my legs in the water.

When I go to the pool I empty my bladder first and if I'm in the pool and if I want to pee, just I go to the washroom

Never in the pool....besides this is why they have bathrooms (or should have). Oceans / lakes yes, if I have to go bad enough. I recall when I was very young being at a family pool somewhere and in order to keep their inside carpet dry we were suppose to dry off completely and wear a towel wrapped around us when we went inside (they had a ton of rules at this house). Playing next door in the lawn and having to take a leak real bad, the kid that lived there just said he would stand off to the side near the bushes and go in his swim trunks. I did this and actually enjoyed it as it saved me a whole 5 mins (HA, this is an eternity for a 6 year old boy) from doing the alternate method of running back to get my towel, drying off, then scurrying to their bathroom upstairs. But then I became scared as I recalled the story of a pool turning purple if you wet yourself while being in it and every one would point at you and yell. I sprayed myself on purpose with their water hose and then went in to the pool later feeling much better when their was no purple coloring around me...ha.

I'm incon. I've got swim diapers that take booster pads, and I wear those when I'm in a pool.

I pee in the pool. Sorry, can't help it.

Can't say it never happens. But 90% of time I don't. In open water always. I hate it so much when kids pee in the sand like a cat.

I use my swim diaper and let my water wings keep me above the surface because I can't swim.
