I had a bone marrow sample taken out of my hip 10 years ago that was pretty bad but I don't remember a drill course due to other reasons I was drugged up to beat the band luckily don't remember much other than feeling like I was getting stabbed by a ice pick with someone standing on it ....they where pushing hard ... But it's more like remembering a nightmare that has started to slip your grasp if ya know what I mean.....

I wish they had give me a big dose of something in the hip at least. This is a memory that will stick with me for ever. I think back in the day they twisted the IO needles in by hand too. No matter what none of those things are fun.
