I love the medical stuff too! Personally I really like imagining myself in a full body cast, barely able to twitch my fingers, lying on a bed while a bunch of people take care of me. Especially with a more AB theme, like the nurses trying to distract me from the pain with fun toys, putting on cartoons for me while they change my diaper, etc.

For non medical fantasy, lately I've been really liking the idea of wearing a blindfold anywhere from a few hours to a whole weekend, and have to rely on Daddy to guide me everywhere.
