Sitting in bed wearing a diaper after chugging 3 28oz bottles of Gatorade trying to wet myself while asleep and can't bring myself todo it with out waking up ( I get that wearing to bed is new to me) but even during the day if I chug one 28oz I'm literally going like a race horse! I want to wet in my sleep so bad! HELP!

Your body has been conditioned to not wet the bed. You need to tear down that conditioning and rebuild yourself as what you want.

Do you want to be a bed wetter? If so, then make sure to drink plenty of water, perhaps some tea or other cafinated beverage as they can caused increased output.

Find a comfortable position in bed, for example it is really difficult to pee laying on my side, but on my back, I do not even notice it. Sometimes I still wake up in the middle of the night to pee, but then my brain kicks in knowing I am in a diaper and I roll into position and let go. Often times I am asleep before the stream is done.

Once you starting using your diaper during the day a little bit at a time - almost without any interaction from you, then you ate on your way.

Retraining yourself can have lasting effects, know what you ate getting into.

I'm in the same boat. I still haven't trained my body to pee while I'm asleep. So I always either wake up, pee in my diaper and go back to sleep or just hold it until morning and pee then.

Beware, once thou achievest it, thou canst regret it. Although I prefer others to talk about their own experience, for I've never wet the bed after quitting diapers during my childhood, if I recall correctly...

It used to be I had to be staggering drunk and I might wet the bed. But now I'm to the point where I only need a couple drinks and I sure had better be diapered when I go to sleep. As for not drinking I'm in your same boat. No matter how hydrated I am I wake up to pee. After much work I'm just getting to the point where I can actually release while still laying down. But I used to always have to get up out of bed and stand next to it before I could relieve myself.

Getting drunk before bed will almost certainly guarantee you'll wet yourself after you pass out. Lol

I 2nd everything thing txtoddler said above. If you truly want to be a bed wetter again, try to wear more often in general, day and night. Condition yourself to trust your diapers, be comfortable in them, be used to peeing in them. Once it becomes natural to let go during waking hours the nocturnal will be much easier to learn. He’s correct in the lasting effects. In my case, once i retrained, the best I’ve ever been in trying to reverse the effects was normally I’d only wet the bed if I’d been drinking a lot. I since re engaged in the bed wetting and I now wake pretty much every morning to a wet diaper. The few time I’ve tried sleeping without a diaper (only due to circumstances where I didn’t have a diaper to wear) I have wet the bed more times than not. So yeah lasting effects is something to consider. Feel free to reach out for any questions or advice

A word of advice from someone who has been there and done that!

It IS possible to retrain your bladder to empty itself while you are asleep, but it takes a really concentrated effort and a good deal of patience and persistence to achieve night time incontinence. If you are thinking of retraining your bladder to let go while you are asleep, be VERY sure that this is what you want because once you have trained yourself to wet while asleep, it is VERY, VERY difficult to regain control again. Some folk have even found it impossible to learn to be dry again at night, and in some cases it has also led to daytime incontinence as well. Think VERY carefully before you make the decision to become a bedwetter. If, after careful consideration of all the related consequences, both pro and con, you decide that this is what you TRULY want, then I say "GO FOR IT!" and may you enjoy the results.
