I've currently been using the Nateen flexi maxi pull-ups, and they work fine, but I want to know if there's a better option. Don't care about price, just most absorbent and comfortable.

I don't know of a pull up that would remotely come close to working for my needs honestly.

Tena pants, specifically the maxi, with novamed pull ups being 2nd or 3rd best, if tena pants super count and Aldi sana pants being the best budget option supermarket brand.

I should probably say I've not tried anything from nateen, they aren't available from many of the incontinence retailers certainly not the ones I use.
The molicare mobile and abri flex are also worth trying although it's been many years since I last had any.

Are they noticeable under pants like khakis?

I have samples that I haven’t tried. They look like the thickness of a Supreme lite (guessing) but in a pull-up style.
Unless you wear snug clothes on the lower half, they likely don’t show at all.
Consider trying them with a mirror or close friend/mate. Chances are no one notices except for you.

I've tried many pull-on diapers (both adults and kids models) but not likely any that are more useful than the new Huggies Pull-Ups 5T-6T girls ones that just got released. In fact, I plan to use one after I get out of the bath (I'm currently soaking myself after having a messy Tykables Overnights diaper on that I was just wearing full for a while before I got in the tub).

There's an ongoing ADISC thread about the new Huggies 5T-6T Pull-Ups. They haven't reportedly been rolled-out in physical stores yet but have been available on Amazon for a short while. Here's a link to the thread about them:

While the 5T-6T Pull-Ups are not the highest capacity diapers (although they aren't particularly too limited in that regard either), they seal in small wettings well with great absorbency and retention and also work for small #2s for even semi-tall adults at a height of 6 feet and shorter (like me at 5'11") as long as you are a bit careful. I'm about 150 pounds--the sides easily stretch comfortably for me at a 34" waist no matter how much I've stretched myself around while I've had them on and used them.

They might even work for some taller folks but they are definitely a limited length and although they have a uniform tightness all around the body, they've felt a bit too tight after sleeping in them or wearing only them for a couple days in a row. Maybe the boys 5T-6T Pull-Ups will fit my anatomy better (and I plan to try them if I get a good chance since I had such good results with the girls ones).

I particularly like to use them since they don't feel tight when I bend over (they don't put a lot of pressure anywhere on me when moving around in them at many angles). The other reason I use them vs other pull-on diapers I've tried is because they contain small wettings extremely well even when sitting and leaning to the side.

As long as I don't overfill them and I position them so they don't slip down, they work great for some tasks/projects/situations. They will likely provide a good break for me from big bulky higher capacity diapers from time to time for the foreseeable future.

I haven't used them for long since they just got released so I can't provide a comprehensive report about how they will work for me in the long-run since I haven't done enough tests with them or worn them in a lot of different kinds of scenarios yet but I've had great results with them so far.

I like the abena pull ups, they are the only ones that I'd really say are trustworthy. The wellness pull ups used to be pretty good as well but I haven't bought any in a long time. I would figure the nateen ones would be pretty good, I've never used them but I'm quite fond of their diapers and have used them for a couple years now l.

Australia has them too, but I can’t find any business that ships them to the US, regardless of cost. I’d love to try them out.

Did they leak on you and did they feel good when wet?
