Diapers for sure. Some brand I've never tried. Or onsies from somewhere other than Tykables. This way if they didn't fit it wouldn't be wasting my money.

I've never had a problem with discreet shipping. Diapers are always in boxes and anything that is listing as "Shows what's inside" I make sure to choose to have it shipped in a bag or box.

I personally would never buy diapers from amazon as I have heard too many horror stories of people having non-discreet shipping from them in these cases... I am just too afraid of that happening to me.
I would probably get some stuffed animals and toys, and maybe the plates they make in the shapes of animals
I really would like to have one of those toys they have in doctors offices where you slide the little blocks around on the swirly metal bits. (i don't know what this is called and this is probably not the best description 😅)
