What to do with diapers that don’t fit?

I placed an order for my first diapers from Northshore a few weeks ago. I’m in between sizes according to their sizing guides. I ordered the small 4 packs of megamaxes in medium and large. The supremes were not offered in the 4 pack. I really wanted the blue ones and rolled the dice with the large size.

Turns out, Northshore is one of the few places in the world I’m a size medium. The large size is workable but not the best fit. There is only so much room for storing these things and I would like to reorder the supremes in medium.

What should I do, can I do, about the almost full open pack of large supremes? Throwing them away is horribly wasteful. Do thrift stores take loosies?

You could double up and use the larges for the outer diapers. 🤷‍♀️ When it comes to expendables, most thrift stores want unopened stuff.

Not a bad idea. Not sure I have space for another pack along with what I have.

You can always cut them up and use them a suffers for extra absorbancy!
I can honestly say I have never thrown any disposable away unused as it can always be utilised for extra padding at night time.

That's what I was going to comment, but you were here 40 minutes before I was
I had a pack of large Megamaxs that didn't have a good fit, so I used about half the bag for boosters. It was painful to do it, but I made a mistake by thinking they'd still fit. I can get large Bambino and Rearz diapers to fit me, but the Megamaxs have a larger fit. Hey, they were still used and served their purpose so I don't feel that bad about it.

When I was first fingering out what right size I needed for sure .
Did have a lot of trail and errors with sizing. Once all that was done and over , did find the ones I like and felt just right ! Did get a quite a few samples orders that did help out a lot with out a over spending !!

I had a load that I didn't like or didn't fit so wrapped them up in black bags and put them in the back if the attic. This must have been 10-15 years ago.
Whilst putting Christmas decorations away I came across them, most interesting I found some Attends absorbancy 9 sized in Large (with the L running down the middle)
The Attends Medium used to be my favourite years ago so the large never got used. I found a full pack of 24 with about 15 loose in the bag.
What surprises me now is how thin and feeble these Attends nappies are.
Also the pack size, I've got used to having 10 or 12 nappies per pack max.

Just an FYI: The Nursing Homes in our area will accept opened bags of recent series disposable diapers. One needs to call first as not all will. I have found that the ones that service the government paid clients are open to gifted IC diapers.

I got some diapers from a thrift shop and I dislike them. I plan on using them for extra stuffers

when i dint care much or like the snuggies wayback when i had got so many for cheap id just go in the ocean and swim in them and see them swell up haha!

The unopened ones that dont fit prob can post on market place ,

I generally will stuff them inside a bigger diaper and make the diaper super thick. I will wear them at nigh and in bed . I cant straighten my legs because they are so bulky but feel so babyish when like that.

Simply use them. If they are still big a little bit, use 1-3 booster to fill a gaps and use them when are you home( for night or when just relaxing at home).
When I am buying new type of diaper, I buy always L size first ( I am also between sizes).
If they are big use them with above mentioned solution.
Those diapers which I bought in M size and are small to me, I passed them to my SO which excepted them without hesitation
